Career Development Programs
If you want to work on your career transition or positioning in a structured group setting, I run two cohort-based programs.
Each runs over four weeks, combining weekly live sessions with guided individual work — so you get both the structured framework and the space to apply it to your own situation. After the program, you’ll be invited to Düsseldorf for a follow-up session & dinner.
The two programs target different stages: one for those leaving academia or early in industry, one for those already in business who want to move beyond execution into influence and leadership.

The 2-hour session takes place in Düsseldorf city centre and offers an opportunity to (1) work through challenging aspects of the program, and (2) to address any remaining questions. Afterwards, there is dinner organised at one of the neighbouring restaurants.
