Wenn Sie an Ihrem beruflichen Übergang oder Ihrer Positionierung in einem strukturierten Gruppenumfeld arbeiten möchten, biete ich zwei kohortenbasierte Programme an.
Jedes Programm erstreckt sich über 4 Wochen und kombiniert wöchentliche Live-Sitzungen mit angeleiteter individueller Arbeit – so erhalten Sie sowohl den strukturierten Rahmen als auch den Freiraum, ihn auf Ihre eigene Situation anzuwenden.
Die beiden Programme zielen auf unterschiedliche Karrierestufen ab: eines für diejenigen, die die akademische Welt verlassen oder am Anfang ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn stehen, und eines für diejenigen, die bereits in der Wirtschaft tätig sind und über die reine Ausführung hinaus Einfluss und Führung übernehmen wollen.
Verfügbare Programme
Nach jedem Programm sind die Teilnehmenden zu einer Abschlusssitzung mit Abendessen in Düsseldorf eingeladen: Die 2-stündige Sitzung findet im Düsseldorfer Stadtzentrum statt und bietet die Möglichkeit, (1) anspruchsvolle Aspekte des Programms zu vertiefen und (2) offene Fragen zu klären. Im Anschluss findet ein gemeinsames Abendessen in einem der umliegenden Restaurants statt.
